If you are looking for the best experience, performance, and security, we recommend you run DroneDeploy using the following device families:

Apple iOS is most reliable for mapping

Over 75% of DroneDeploy flights are made with Apple iOS devices. We consistently see greater application stability, performance and DJI drone connectivity on the Apple iOS operating system.

Official device support

In addition, Dronedeploy offers official support for the following iOS and Android devices and OS versions. This list is updated quarterly, so please keep your operating system and device up to date.

Please be aware that there are over 1000 different device models running DroneDeploy each month, and we are unable to provide support or testing for all of them. If your device is not listed above and we are unable to reproduce your issue on an officially supported device, our team may not be able to provide a resolution.
