Apple iOS is most reliable for mapping
Over 75% of DroneDeploy flights are made with Apple iOS devices. We consistently see greater application stability, performance and DJI drone connectivity on the Apple iOS operating system.
Also, Dronedeploy offers official support for the following iOS and Android devices and OS versions. This list is updated quarterly, so please keep your operating system and device up to date.

The launch of Android Q brings an exciting number of features to the Android operating system.
Unfortunately, DroneDeploy is not yet compatible with Android Q and we suggest not yet using DroneDeploy on the new operating system.
DJI Crystal Sky is not supported

Live Map is a program that requires a powerful processor and ample RAM to work properly. Device suggestions are:
- iPhones: Sept 2016 or newer
- iPad: Oct 2014 or newer
There are over 1000 Android device types used by DroneDeploy customers worldwide, and unfortunately, we cannot test them all. The following are officially supported by our team:

Please be aware that there are over 1000 different device models running DroneDeploy each month, and we are unable to provide support or testing for all of them. If your device is not listed above and we are unable to reproduce your issue on an officially supported device, our team may not be able to provide a resolution.
